My name is Brennan Fontenot, I am 18 years old, a devout Catholic, and I one day want to become a successful college baseball player. I am a leader who never lets his team get down in a bad situation, and I always strive for improvement. I never let myself or my teammates slack off, and I bring commitment and hard work everywhere I go. I have always been told that I'm very coachable; I know when it's time to have fun with my teammates and when it's time to go to work.
I love being a catcher for Central High because it means I have the ability to influence the plays made on the field and am involved on every pitch. I do my job to the best of my abilities and try to be seen as someone my teammates can rely on. I am always looking to make an impact in a game, whether it be a sacrifice bunt or throwing out base runners. I separate myself from my competition by being coachable and knowing the game of baseball. I want to win championships.
