Luke Roudabush '17 Recruiting Profile

Speed is at the cornerstone of my game. My varsity baseball career started as a Freshman being a base stealer and I loved being apart of that team and stealing bases. I love chasing down balls and using my speed in centerfield. At the plate I try and hit the ball opposite field, so at the very least I can give myself a chance of beating out a throw for an infield hit. Academically, I have aspirations to attain a degree in sports communication, or major in another sports study or a broader communications degree if need be. Excelling in the classroom is something that I take pride in and will continue to pride myself on in the coming years. I love the game of baseball and want to be around the game, whether it is leading off and playing centerfield like I do in high school, or if it is being a base running specialist. I have a very unique skill set that I can bring to a team with my speed and style of play. It has always been a dream of mine to play college baseball and I aspire to play for the best fit that I can find.
