Jonathan Meyerring '15 Recruiting Profile

As a student athlete, my goals are to train and succeed at the next level, both academically and in baseball. I like to train hard, work on improving my skills and am dedicated to my commitments. I’m currently a varsity baseball player and varsity football player. I also maintain a 3.72 GPA. In the off-season, I train and condition with local sports performing training facilities. I continue to work on batting, foot-speed and pitching. I would like to continue my baseball career at the college level and receive a higher education in Coaching or Athletic Trainer. I have a competitive personality and push myself to succeed, both in the class room and on the field. Being from the Omaha, Nebraska area, my dream is to someday play in the Men’s NCAA College World Series. I’ve grown up watching the college baseball teams come to town in July, always rooting for the underdog. It would be a great experience to represent my college in the Series as well as my hometown.
