Coach, my goal is to play and excel at the college level. I am a great candidate for your college baseball system because I am a student of the game and always learning something new every single game. I am different from other recruits in the way of work ethic often working out twice a day. I am always practicing my craft and I will do whatever it takes to play at the next level. I consider myself a leader and I lead by example on and off the field. My high school team does not elect captains but I still acted like one. I would organize team functions to help build the team bond. I have never had a teammate I don't like and I don't plan on having one. I take the classroom just as serous as I take the field.
