Greetings, My name is Marc Freeman, I am a senior at Creekside high school on the varsity baseball team as their starting left hand pitcher and 1st baseman with a 3.0 GPA. .Im also a member of the debate team and Junior ROTC.
I played varsity baseball my sophomore year as a relief pitcher. I have played basketball and football while in middle school and decided to play baseball exclusively as a high school freshman.
I’m on a mission to become the best I can be in society and to help a baseball club win games.
I’m 6 ft. 1 inches tall 165 lbs. (and still growing)
Currently I'm in the top 10 in Ga. 6 AAAAAA Region batting.348 as of March 23 2015
Batting GP=9 AVG=.346 OBP= .370 H=9 RBI=9 R=7 SB=1 SBA=1
I also received 2 player of the game awards 1-vs Campbell High school incorporating a fork ball in my pitches with a back foot slider and a fastball and the other vs Carver high school recording 9 strike outs in 6 and a half innings and 1 walk.

My goal, is to not only be a great athlete, but to show people that you can do anything with faith and hard work. I recently had one of my best games this past summer with a 10-0 7 inning shutout against a very good team from South Cobb. I’m also a recent recipient of 3 game balls from the perfect game tournaments this summer and fall as a closer..
I received my training at Home Plate baseball program in Peachtree City Georgia where they have an ARM-LAB program. They instructed me to be the best without injuring my arm. I have also private instructions from some of the best coaches some whom have been MLB all-stars.
I want to enhance my skills to go to the next level which is a college baseball player and model student.
One thing that I really have been proud of was to give back to the community.
At Mount Zion Baptist Church I am part of the missions department.
One of our mission trips was to a hospital to pray for the sick and shut-in and those that wanted a prayer.
I volunteered to help out with the 2014-2015 Special Olympics.
Those kids that day showed that they can do anything that athletes can do, even with more challenges in their paths.
Last year I went with my church to downtown Atlanta to feed the hungry and homeless and to give them supply’s that they would really need.
It was a very different experience to not just think of myself, but to help others that really need it.
I really can thank my parents, family, and friends for all the love and support that they all have given me,
With the help of God and prayer, I hope to be on a winning team.
Yours very truly,
Marc Freeman.
