My name is Michael (MJ) Arnold. I attend Lakeside High School in Evans, Georgia where I maintain an A average while playing football and baseball. My dream is to play collegiate baseball while getting a college education.
Everything I do, whether it be on or off the field, I attack it with my best effort. It does not matter if it is studying for a math test or lifting weights, I put everything I have into it. And not because there is a coach, parent, or teacher telling me to. I work hard because I am a self-motivated young man with goals that require my best effort at all times.
I strongly believe I exhibit quality leadership abilities and set a high standard for my teammates. I push those around me to push themselves and that I have a positive impact on those I surround myself with.
I would love to one day play collegiate baseball and even play at the professional level one day. It has been a dream of mine since I was just a youngster, and I now I know it is what I want more than ever. I know the road ahead of me won't be an easy one, and that being a student-athlete will be a challenge. But this is a challenge that I have been waiting for for a long time and I can't wait to take it on.
