Kalon Smith '17 Recruiting Profile

My goals are to continue to succeed on the field, in the classroom, and as a person. I am a team player; I'll do whatever I need to in order to help the team out. I will do what is asked of me by the coaches. I will play wherever the coaches need me and wherever is best for the team. I am a switch-hitting utility player that has good speed and a good arm. I am an aggressive ballplayer and I play the game with respect.

Something that really inspires me to get better, bigger, stronger, and faster is this past spring-ball. My high school pulled up a game short of making it into the Georgia State Playoffs. I look forward to all challenges that come my way.  Another inspiration for me is the passing of my Nana. She was my biggest fan and I will play for her, my team, and God.
