Hi,
My name is Davis Fouts, and I am a left handed pitcher and first baseman from Coral Springs, FL. I am a junior attending Coral Springs Christian Academy, and I will graduate in June, 2015.
I took the SAT in October and am taking it again in May (2014). I’m currently carrying a 3.5 GPA, and I received a 450 on the verbal portion of the SAT, and a 440 on the math portion. My current total SAT score is 1320.
For college, I’m looking for a school that has a balance between strong academics and a strong baseball program. Ideally, I am seeking an athletic environment where I have the ability to make an immediate impact on the team and contribute to conference championships. I’d like to use baseball as a tool to obtain my college education, as well as networking and creating opportunities in the working world after my baseball career ends.
If you’re seeking a 6 foot plus player who throws 95 plus, I’m not your guy. However, if you’re looking for a player who understands the game, has an extremely high baseball IQ, is highly coachable, knows how to use movement, change of speed and location to consistently get outs, and is an above average student, then you’ve found your guy.
I would welcome the opportunity to speak or meet, or any events where we could either meet or work out.
Thank you,
Davis Fouts
