My name is Kamran Kaba.
I’m a 6’1 OF/CF baseball player from Sarasota, FL. I have played baseball for a total of 13 years, and to this day, I still enjoy competing at a higher level. I have been the team captain on 5 of my teams, as well as winning 6 league championships. I have played ball all across the United States, so I am accustomed to the competitive styles and levels that I am faced with. My key goal is to not only succeed as a player, but also succeed as a team.
This past spring and fall seasons, I led the team in hits, batting average and stolen bases. My strengths include my speed, quick hands, strong arm, and quick bat.
I finished my Junior year at Geneva High School in Illinois, and just moved to Braden River High School in Florida. I look forward to training with my new teammates in Florida, and playing ball in the Spring. Baseball comes first when looking into college as it is my number one passion, but education will still be just as important. On the education note, I was awarded as one of the top ten filmmakers in Illinois. In addition, I was chosen to compete in a Student Television Network competition three years in a row. To add, I was also an umpire for the Geneva Baseball Association, which is my professional give-back to the community.
My dream is to play college ball, and most of all, to help my team WIN.
