Hi. My name is Alex Wills. I am a 16 year old junior at Lake Brantley High School in Altamonte Springs, FL. I am a very dedicated student/athlete on and off the field. I train six nights a week at Quinco Baseball Academy. Each night my training consists of, at least 150 swings, 200 ground balls, speed and agility, as well as weight training. I am very dedicated to this training and I plan to continue this type of regiment throughout my Collegiate career.
I play baseball at Lake Brantley High School and I play travel ball for the Quinco Academy Hurricanes. I am the leadoff hitter for Quinco and I have recently transitioned to the shortstop position. Since moving to shortstop (8 games), I have a .1000 fielding percentage. I have very good speed (6.85/60) with soft hands and a very good arm.
My goal is to play baseball and earn my degree at the Collegiate Level. I am open to attend a school of any size and I am not limited by geography. I am looking for a school that meets my academic and baseball needs. At this time, I am interested in pursuing a degree in Information Technology.
I would be honored to have the opportunity to combine my love of baseball with my ultimate goal of obtaining a degree at the collegiate level. My work ethic, character and overwhelming desire to succeed is what sets me apart from other student/athletes.
