First and foremost I believe I am a true team player and always support my teammates. I work very hard to be the best student I can be while devoting a substantial amount of time working daily to become a better, stronger and faster baseball player. With regard to my studies, I maintain a straight A average, take honors classes, have chosen AP classes for my senior year and was admitted to the National Honor Society. With regard to baseball, I worked with my pitching coach over this past winter to refine my mechanics, worked with my strength and conditioning coach to become stronger and more flexible and worked with my hitting coach to continue to refine my swing. I love baseball and am dedicated to becoming the best player I can be to play at the next level and beyond. I am also devoted to my community and believe I have a lot to give back for the blessings in my life. I spend a great deal of time volunteering for my church, at local youth baseball camps, at school and training local athletes for the Special Olympics. I believe I would make a great addition to a college baseball team and look forward to working with a great coach and being part of a great team.
