Jake Spence '16 Recruiting Profile

My dream since I was three years old is to become a professional baseball player. I want this dream to become reality so much that working out and practicing baseball is an everyday routine. If a day is missed, I work twice as hard the next day because I want this dream to become reality. Also one of my other goals is to become a Divison I baseball player.  Becoming a Division 1 athlete would give me more visability and a better chance of being drafted to the professional level.

Another goal that I have set for myself is achieving high academics. In achieving high grades my eligability will never be any issue for my team or my playing time. My goal is to get a 3.5 GPA or higher throughout high school. I set this goal because it will help my chances of getting a scholorship to college and it will ensure that I am always eligible to play so I never let my team or coach down.  I am achieving this goal by being organized, prepared and present at school.
