I am an American who was born in Brazil. I started playing baseball when I was 9-years-old in Brazil. When I started my freshman year of high school, I moved to Colorado Springs and started playing for The Classical Academy and club teams.
In addition to being First-Team All-Conference in 2015, my coaches have made me team captain and Most Inspirational Player this year. Here's what my pitching coach recently wrote to a college coach about me:
"He is our clear number one with an 80 mph fastball, a slider/cutter, a good changeup, and he throws a really nice knuckleball with good action. Thomas lives at 78-81 and at times shows something better. He is athletic and works hard. He is one year away from being an upper 80’s guy with really good movement."
My greatest aspiration in the short-term is to play college baseball. I relate well with everyone, am a team player, and work hard.
