Personal Statement

Baseball has been part of my life ever since I can remember and I love everything about the game.  It is my passion and goal to continue to play at the college level, while improving every day.  I am a dedicated team player and work very hard to accomplish both team and personal goals.  I like to be relied on in clutch situations and also help others on my team become better players, both mentally and physically.

I am also very consistent and have played at the most competitive levels in Colorado.  On each team that I have played on, I have always finished the season with the highest batting average.  I know that baseball is a game of failure and that you have to be coachable, focused, and humble at all times.  I enjoy the wins as a much as the next guy, but also understand that a lot can be learned from the losses.  I know what it takes to succeed in baseball and I aspire to make it to Omaha and compete at that level.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
