Sam O'Braitis '12 Recruiting Profile

I am a high school junior looking to attend a university that is prestigious academically and has a solid athletics program as well. I'm 5 Feet 10 inches tall and weigh 165 pounds. I have a 4.65 weighted gpa and 4.0 unweighted. I perform well in school in achieving my scholastic goals as well as on the baseball field, where I am always willing to work hard and better myself. I've always been a good all-around, coachable athlete, and captain of both my Freshman and JV baseball teams. I've had a successful first two years in my high school program, leading my team both years in batting average and RBI's and being awarded Team MVP and Offensive MVP in freshman and sophomore years respectively. Attending an institution of higher learning in California would be ideal, but I am willing to travel out of state to find the university that is the right fit for me.
