Garrett Gemgnani '11 Recruiting Profile

My name is Garrett Gemgnani. I am a 6'1", 190 pound catcher from Culver City California but I can also play every other position on the field. I run a 60-yard Dash in 7.3 seconds and have a pop time of 2.0. My greatest accomplishments in my high school career would be 2nd team All-League as a sophomore and then 1st team All-League MVP as a junior. I can offer leadership, a dedicated mindset and a good influence on other players. I am the team captain, I call my own game, and am relied on by the coach to keep the team focused. I have always lived my life open to trying new things. My main goal is to be a part of a program that I can play for and contribute to the success of the team. My preference would be to play baseball on the West Coast but my main objective is to play ball at the highest level possible while receiving a quality education. My desired major would either be Pre-Law or Philosophy. My goals as a baseball player are to become the best player that I can possibly be and also help to make the team the best it can be.
