An update (through April 4, 2014) on my status.
I am now approximately 14 months post-TJ surgery. All is going well.
I have pitched in 7 games (starting) for my high school this Spring. I am throwing at about 80-85% effort/velocity and slowly bumping such up as I work back to full strength/conditioning. I am also still working with a doctor-mandated pitch count of +/- 65-70. I am throwing a fast ball, change up, and slider. My velocity is at 85 plus for the FB, 75 for the CU, and 78 for the slider.
