All my life I've been interested in baseball, and as long as I can remember I've played. Baseball is my get away from everything. When I'm in a situation where I just need time or to just be able to think, baseball has always been there for me. As I've grown and played baseball I've learned different things about myself such as being a leader, standing up for what's right even if I stand alone, set an example for the younger generations coming up, etc. My goals for college of course is to be the best student/athlete I can be. I always give my best both in my sport as well as in the classroom, because academics come first. Whether it's in the classroom or on the field I always have a positive attitude. I constantly push myself to do better! I'm going to do whatever I can to make sure I succeed whether it means I ask a teacher for help, staying in the books instead of going to hangout with friends, or even going to the field and taking extra cuts, I'm going to try and be the best that I can be. Throughout my life I've been through and experienced many obstacles, some of which I thought I would never overcome but I kept my faith and trusted in God, cause I know all things are possible with Him.
