October 2017 Personal Statement
I envision my college years to be a time of great personal development, both academically and athletically. My goal will be to pursue a science major that will put me in a good position to go on to medical school to study sports medicine.
Moving up to play with the varsity team during my freshman year is something I'll never forget, especially since one of my biggest advocates in getting to do so were the varsity players themselves. They did not like hitting against a side-arm pitcher during batting practice. I know I have the talent to compete at the college level and to conduct myself with honor both on and off the field.
