My name is Coach Lionel Obilor, but all of my families call me Coach O. I have been fortunate enough to have played professional football in the Arena League as an offensive and defensive lineman. I am blessed to have also coached at the college level and played two sports at the college level as well as many sports at Senn High School located in Chicago, Illinois. Also, as a former director of admissions at the university level, I am an advocate for the education of student-athletes and lifelong learning. I am happily married and have three wonderful kids that take up most of my time when I am not assisting families and changing lives. One interesting fact about me is that I went to the NFL combine and measured at size 18 shoes. The reason that I love working for NCSA is to give back to those that are in need of education and direction along with any aid desirable to pave the way for another person accomplishment to be reached. My goal is to make an impact, change, support and guide anyone in making dreams and goals come true. I have provided help to over 10,000 families in this recruiting process, the financial aid process, admissions and employment search. I love connecting with families to help influence the success life can offer! I also believe in the process of becoming stronger and more confident, especially in controlling one’s life and claiming one’s rights in life.
