I was a 4-year college athlete, and I played basketball at the NCAA D3 level at Elmhurst & Millikin University. We are the #1 ranked D3 basketball conference in the country so it was extremely competitive. It was an amazing experience, and I met some of my lifelong friends in the process. I was an NCSA athlete in high school, and they helped me realize my true potential and helped give me the confidence to play at the next level.
I wanted to come back and work for NCSA because of how much they helped me when I was an aspiring college athlete. Sports are my passion, and I love that I get to help student athletes achieve their dreams of playing at the next level just like NCSA did for me while I was in school. My favorite part about working for NCSA is getting to speak to families about their student athletes and hearing the passion they have for sports and academia. It is also amazing to hear that no matter how many families I talk to, every family’s recruiting journey is unique and that is what makes this job so special!
Outside of work, I love to try new restaurants, golf, hang out with my pup & friends, and I love to travel to national parks where I can hike! I have been to 10 parks so far and my goal is to hit all 63! I currently live north of downtown Chicago with my Australian shepherd, Boba.
