I attended the University of South Carolina where I studied four years to acquire my bachelors in Sport and Entertainment Management. Sport has always been an uplifting experience in my life from a young age. I played baseball in high school at Georgetown High in Georgetown, South Carolina and I always desired to play at the next level. Unfortunately, because of my circumstance I did not have the means to go through the recruiting process myself.
Looking at it now, it was a blessing to be able to go to one of the most prestigious schools in the country for Sport’s Management. My time spent there afforded me the realization that sport is so much more than just winning or playing your hardest as it always was for me. I learned the all encompassing scope of what sports can contribute to society, from camaraderie, friendships, life lessons, opportunities, and the list could go on. After sponging up this new side of sport I had never considered, I quickly made it my goal to find a way to impact peoples lives using sport.
At NCSA impacting lives with sport is the job. What makes me so happy to be apart of NCSA as a Recruiting Coordinator is I get a chance to impact lives everyday. I am eagerly passionate about opening all the blinds on every child’s college recruiting process so they can see all the pathways before them and make the best decision for their life.
