I am a former division one basketball player at Ohio University in Athens Ohio. My college Career was unfortunately rattled by injuries but I was still able to have a successful career winning the Mid American Conference (MAC) in 2021 and having our first NCAA tournament appearance since 2012 where we knocked off defending national champions Virginia in the one and only Covid bubble tournament. In high school I was GABCA (Greater Akron Basketball Coaches Association) player of the year and Division 1 First Team All State selection. I am also the first in my family to go on to play college sports so I understand the difficulties of the recruiting process for people who go into it blindly and how much NCSA can benefit people like myself.
Today I still find myself as a sports junky. I love to watch all kinds of sports as well as still playing for fun. Im not sure what my life would look like if it was not for sports and I will forever be grateful for the experiences and people I have been lucky enough to meet go through thanks to them. I want to help the next generation go through this amazing Journey of all the ups and downs and everything in between that sports can bring you as well as the growth you will inevitably learn to shape you into being a better human being!
