I earned an undergraduate degree in elementary educational studies and competed in football collegiately at Carroll University (Waukesha, WI). I was delegated team captain during my senior campaign, academic all-conference honors, and four-year starter on the offensive side as a wide receiver and return specialist.
I have my Level 1 Sports Performance Certification from USA Weightlifting, and am a Certified Physical Preparation Level 1 Specialist. I do have a Dual Master’s Degree in Sports Management and Sports Coaching with an Emphasis in NCAA Compliance, conferred by the United States Sports Academy (Daphne, AL) in 2015.
My coaching career (football, strength and conditioning) started at the high school level, but after a quick two years I transitioned to the collegiate ranks in 2011 at Concordia University Wisconsin (Mequon, WI). After completing strength and conditioning contracts with Velocity Sports Performance (Poway, CA), Pepperdine University (Malibu, CA), and the University of Arizona (Tucson, AZ), I then signed off on a football coaching contract at Waldorf University (Forest City, IA), presiding over the defense back unit.
I hit the ground running with NCSA as a recruiting coordinator early Fall, 2024.
NCSA, by and large, provides a heavy does of leadership, impact, and excellence for its student-athletes, without question. It is, for myself, a rewarding experience to play a vital role within an organization that works to elevates itself in the hyper-competitive college sports arena. NCSA is truly a powerhouse, bulletproof solution, and effective way for families to generate unmatched volumes of student-athlete exposure during the recruiting process.
Our family roots are in Wisconsin, but I currently reside in South Carolina’s Upstate region with my wife, son, and six pets.
