I was a 4-year college athlete, competing in baseball at three different colleges during my athletic career. I went on to be the captain of the baseball team at both Immaculata University and Neumann University, where my athletic career came to an end. Throughout my college athletic career, one aspect that I have reflected upon is finding the right fit. Selecting a college is a lifelong decision, not a 4-year decision. The relationships, knowledge, and experiences gained during this time can have a significant and long-lasting effect. College life offers a special combination of academic endeavors, athletic challenges, and chances for personal development. The lessons learned and athletic experiences throughout my college career is what led me to a future here at NCSA.
I believe the most rewarding part of working for NCSA is that, in order to help the student athlete discover their best fit, I get to interact with families and steer them through the recruiting process. Having an authentic relationship with families and my coworkers is another aspect of working with NCSA that I enjoy. I thrive in a team environment, bringing a strong work ethic and a commitment to giving my all, much like my approach when I was playing on the diamond. My dedication to excellence, whether in sports or my professional life, ensures that I am always prepared and ready to meet challenges head-on. Working at NCSA has allowed me to combine my passion for athletics with my desire to make a positive impact on the lives of young athletes and their families, making it a deeply satisfying and enjoyable career.
