I attended High Point University, and while I did not compete at the collegiate level, I competed in soccer and dancing before this. I am delighted to start working for NCSA as one of the exceptional Recruiting Coordinators. I look forward to working with students to help them achieve their dreams of playing at the collegiate level.

Growing up, sports was a giant part of my life. I grew up in rural Vermont, where there aren’t many things to do or visit (unless you like looking at mountains, which are pretty great up there). So, my parents put me in various sports to play and meet other kids around me. While the sport was always fun, the social aspect and making so many friends through the sport meant a lot to me. It allowed me to stay active and gave me my friends, whom I still speak to today. It helped to start and give me an identity and find who I am as a person, and I think this is something that every child should be able to experience.

While I do not have the same coaching experience as many others at the company, I have experience working with families and their students from teaching in the classroom. I taught for several years before transitioning into this role to assist families with the recruiting process. I love creating connections with a family and seeing the student’s dream come true. The connections that truly make this job so enjoyable are the connections with my colleagues. I enjoy the team player mindset everyone in the company has.
