I am from Seattle, Washington and grew up playing sports my whole life. I attended San Diego State university where I received my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology Pre Physical Therapy.
I did competitive gymnastics for 10 years. I went through the recruitment process myself, but ended up getting a season-ending injury and unfortunately had to end my competitive gymnastics career. After that, I joined my high school Gymnastics team as well as the Track and Field team and ran the 100m and the 4 by 1 relay.
During my competitive years, I realized the commitment and hard work it took in order to play sports at the next level. I was devastated that I wasn’t able to compete at the collegiate level, which is why I want to help other athletes pursue their goals.
I joined NCSA because I want to educate athletes and families, and help them reach their aspirations and goals and would love to be a part of an athlete’s journey to play at the collegiate level.
